He has proved himself to be proactive at the same time keeping me informed ever step of the way .I have followed his suggestions ( removal of some trees to enhance the view and even meeting with the gardener and explaining what had to done and also checking the job ) which have improved the price negotiated . I walked in to three or four estate agents in Mt Eliza one lunch time to discuss seeking my mothers home. The first three I walked into we're more interested in their lunch hour than helping me. I walked in to hall and hall was immediately told to to sit down in the front meeting room and await a Mr Bill Joycey. This alone was head and shoulders above the others. I immediately found Bill to be a warm, helpful and knowledgable man. He called past the house an hour or so later to offer an opinion.
