I walked in to three or four estate agents in Mt Eliza one lunch time to discuss seeking my mothers home. The first three I walked into we're more interested in their lunch hour than helping me. We weren't ready to sell immediately but Bill kept in touch with timely, respectful And certainly NOT pushy phone calls to keep interest in helping and securing the business. His help went beyond just selling the house, he offered advice on things only a local could offer which was of great assistance to us.
