BK is an amazing real estate agent. We are glad that we worked with him to sell our property. He accepts the challenges and tries to find the solution for the same. He has in-depth knowledge related o real estate and he is always up to accommodate the requirement of the seller as well as the buyer. In our case, we were not happy with our real estate agent & we discussed the details related to our property with BK and he explained where our current agent is making mistakes and how can we take corrective actions to fix the issue. Later, we nominated him as our agent for our property and he sold at our desired price. During the process of selling, his communication was admirable as he calls you almost every day and explains the situations/offers. As we were selling our property for the first time, we required guidance which BK willingly provided to us. In our case, the buyers wanted a few items to be fixed before the settlement, and BK managed to give the property access to the plumbers, electricians, etc. He coordinated the time and the plumbers, electricians, etc could finish their work without any issues. I have decided to work with BK again in the future for my other properties.
