This was our first time using an agent so we were not sure exactly what to expect. We met Nick initially for a few hours at our home and he explained the process, fees and provided a realistic $$ boundary that was based upon recent neighbourhood sales data. Price was set to both gain the best value and sell the home. Ironically it was very close to our thoughts so we were synched. I was also impressed with the plan of communincation intended. Our selection with Clarke and Co was based upon friends that had previously used Clarke and Co to sell their homes in 2022. As an associate to Nick, Jade came into the picture soon after signing up with Clarke and Co. Jade was very knowledgable and understood our requirements and was great to work with. We then met with Charlotte to discuss Marketing - again impressed with the professionalism and approach. We were notified well in advance of Open House showings and Private inspections. The social media method used to communicate was a fairly secure dedicated chat group that worked fantastic. Responses were always timely and sorted any questions we had. Post the Offer and our Acceptance the information kept flowing from Clarke and Co leading up to Settlement. I cannot fault any of the work done and both wife and I were very pleased with the overall process. The price obtained was a very realistic value that was within the original band recommended by Nick at the initial meeting. I would not hesitate in using Clarke and Co again and recommending the firm to friends and family.

Nick, Chantel and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Really helped me through all the issues with getting the property ready for sale after the tenant vacated and left it in quite a state. No call or text message was left unanswered, no matter how many times I annoyed them. Chantel worked tirelessly dealing with the multitude of enquiries & inspections. In the end we achieved a reasonable sales price, my small master bedroom and street location let me down in the end. My apartment was on the market for 10 months with a local Real Estate Agency! Only had 3 Open Homes. Changed agencies & went to Clarke & Co.
