This was our first time using an agent so we were not sure exactly what to expect. We met Nick initially for a few hours at our home and he explained the process, fees and provided a realistic $$ boundary that was based upon recent neighbourhood sales data. I cannot fault any of the work done and both wife and I were very pleased with the overall process.
