We had Nick and another agent out to see how much we could get for our house. Nick’s estimate was 100 thousand dollars more!! He came in and told us to do a few little things that would make the house be more appealing. He wasn’t in a rush to sell our place and encouraged us to wait til we got the price we wanted. Over the years we have sold a number of properties and have dealt with a number of agents both locally and in Sydney.
