Over the years we have sold a number of properties and have dealt with a number of agents both locally and in Sydney. When we decided to sell our last property we spoke to a number of very good agents who all charged similar fees and gave us very similar property evaluations, we chose Nick because his strategy was a little different from the others. Nick was able to organise tradespeople to take care of some minor maintenance, he also organised for professional house dressers which made a huge difference with the presentation of the property. What stood out however was his excellent sales strategy and the way in which he marketed our property, he gave an excellent and accurate property and location description and he knew immediately who to target. The brochure that Nick produced on our behalf was well thought out and did present the property in the best light. Most importantly, Nick sold the property quickly for a good price, he managed offers for us along the way and I do believe that he gave us excellent feedback, guidance and advice. From our very first meeting, Nick impressed my husband and I! Being first time sellers we were not sure what to expect. We arranged multiple appraisals to be completed. The first agent walked through told us yeah we can get your house sold and gave us a price guide. We thought ok that's alright. They spent 20minutes with us. The 2nd agent walked through told us that he can sell it but want sure how much he could get as it had a scillion roof. Looked at the house for 5minutes tops asked how we heard about the bussiness, we advised Facebook and he replied that stupid thing. We were in shock he left 5 minutes later. The things Nick suggested were quick and easy he had the contractors that were able to help with the things that need doing. Nick spent just over a hour with us and as soon as he left my husband an I looked at each other and said WOW. Our minds were set. We got to work over the next month on fixing the things Nick suggested. The contractors we used through Nick & Co were fabulous. No matter how many times I called the contractors or Nick for help and advice there was never a issue they couldn't help us with. By the time we it was time to go to market I thought I love the new look of this house do I want to sell. We went to market,the offers come flowing in. Nick & Co stayed in constant communication with us from the moment we reached out for a appraisal to the moment we settled our house. If it wasn't for Nick and his team we wouldn't have gotten the amazing result we did. In the end we end up making $90,000 above the over the expected price.
