When we decided to sell our property in Thornton the decision was relatively easy due to the obvious strong hold Nick has on the market. When you drive around the area you will see that Nick's face is on almost all of the "for sale" signs. My question to Nick when initially contacting him was simple, "why are you doing so well in the area, and why should we sell with you"? Nicks response was of simplicity, "I work hard, long hours and will get you the best price I can for your property". Simple question, simple answer.... Nick was always contactable, responsive and honest. We found nick to be measure and calculated during the process with a pushy client who at times was demanding!!! The end result was incredible, with the advice from Nick regarding preparation for the sale we achieved a sale price that were impressed with. My advice to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property, call Nick Clarke.
