At the appraisal he showed me a few things that required some attention prior to the 1st open house. In a few weeks the house was ready and there were Advertisement signs out the front for everyone to see. We set a target price and strategy to achieve the best results. To my surprise the afternoon of the 1st open house a deal was done well over my expectations. It’s a credit to Nick and his team, this property was not in there usual area yet smashed it out of the park yet again! When we decided to sell our property in Thornton the decision was relatively easy due to the obvious strong hold Nick has on the market. When you drive around the area you will see that Nick's face is on almost all of the "for sale" signs. My question to Nick when initially contacting him was simple, "why are you doing so well in the area, and why should we sell with you"? Nicks response was of simplicity, "I work hard, long hours and will get you the best price I can for your property". Simple question, simple answer.... Nick was always contactable, responsive and honest. We found nick to be measure and calculated during the process with a pushy client who at times was demanding!!!
