We were keen to move onto the next stage in our lives and that involved selling our family home. We had seen Nick Clarke's photo on so many of the PRD signs around our area and had watched the "Sold" signs going up very fast and thought he must be "The Man". He also came recommended to us by two lots of our friends who had also recently sold their homes. We wanted to be aware of the market and were not prepared to have our home sit for any extended period of time with unrealistic expectations of what we might be able to achieve in a sale. We invited two other agents to give us an appraisal of what they thought our home could achieve if we were prepared to meet the market and then invited Nick so that we could make an informed decision. Nick impressed us immediately with his honest, friendly and open approach and he also gave us an estimate that was similar to the other agents. The deciding factor that sealed our decision was that he listened carefully to us and made suggestions which included having the house "staged" to increase our chances of a quick sale and appealing to a wider buying market. We took on board his ideas and employed Shae to stage our home. Two Saturday previews followed to gauge the market and the following Tuesday night a price went on the internet. A private viewing and subsequent 1st offer on the Thursday, two further offers on the Friday and the deal was done - in less than three days - Significantly more than the original estimates!!! We were thrilled!!! His "just touching base" phone calls throughout the sale period and up to settlement day kept us in the loop and well informed throughout the whole process. Very impressed!!!
