After each private inspection and 2 Open Houses, Nick rang us immediately to inform us of the feedback and present offers to us. We had never sold a house before hence had no real idea on the process. From our first meeting through to the sale, everything went smoothly. Nick's estimation on the sale price was above other real estate agents and we got top price on the sale.
