Worth what he was paid!

This was property 3 Blaise sold for my family in a 6 month period. I have bought and sold property with many agents, and at times you can have sellers remorse at settlement when you realise how much you paid the agent for what they did in the transaction. My family was rapt we hired an agent that delivered what he said he would and on 3 occasions earn't his renumeration for getting the results. We couldn't be more satisfied for the job he did, no sellers remorse. Today we settled on property 3 Blaise sold for us, and it's been a huge weight off our shoulders, we are grateful for his professionalism and market knowledge. I highly recommend Blaise, he will call a spade a spade and I loved that about him!

110% dedication to delivering what was discussed before listing the property

Blaise can talk the talk, but he also walks the walk. We discussed in depth the unique opportunity with this property for a buyer, and we prepared the property as per the strategy we agreed on. Market conditions were starting to change, so we needed to move fast and engage an agent that would respond and deliver the plan. Within 7 days Blaise had the property sold and above our expectations. This was number 2 of 3 properties we listed with Blaise. As we were from Melbourne we had to rely heavily on Blaise and we are so glad we backed him. Our family unit was under a lot of stress at the time with Covid and lockdowns, so we are so grateful we had Blaise on our team to support us and sell the property.

Blaise was spot on with market predictions

Best real estate agent my wife and I engaged in a regional market. To keep it simple, Blaise's market knowledge of Ballarat and the overall real estate and economic conditions was absolutely spot on. Everything we discussed was logical and direct, we backed Blaise and he delivered an excellent result for our family. All we needed was an agent that would play his role, but for him to do this we also needed to prepare the property for sale quickly. Loved the way he went about it.
