Blake Dunn of Raine and Horne Gosford sold me a new unit in Mann St in early 2017. He was always quick to respond and helpful with missions such as "Can you photograph and sms the NTD number on the NBN box?". He organised a quote for the vertical blinds which was surprisingly low and which I accepted. My new unit is green rated, with community solar hot water, super insulation, thicker glass on the west side, and has been created by building atop an existing renovated one-time office block. Motoring will be reduced through being across the road from train and bus station. Blake had me sold on the project in the first 5 minutes. He had the unit cleaned several days before settlement, even though I couldn't see dirt.

Very persistently followed my sale through difficult buyers with financial hold ups but Blake knew they were genuine buyers and encouraged me to be patient.
