As you can imagine buying my 1st home (EVER) was a very intimidating and complex time. I had spent at least 6 months looking for properties and when i walked into this property It was nice to have an agent that was happy to talk to you and show you round the property and not just see you as a dollar sign. Don't waste your time with other agents! Blake was exceptional and provided solutions that we have never seen before from an agent. We were selling a property to assist transition of parent into retirement village on short notice. Blake managed a prompt sale which included some makeover of the property to better maximise market value. Throughout the process he provide great advice and was always available to answer in some cases the silly questions. We bought into the Gosford market in September 2014 and we didn't have a great experience with the agent who sold to us. She didn't seem to have our interests at heart and we found ourselves being left out of the loop and all of a sudden needing to act quickly. It was also a very straight forward sale so there was no negotiation needed, we paid what the buyer wanted as we felt it was reasonable. Blake was recommended to us, as he sold my brother in laws house and sold it really quickly. We found Blake very warm and friendly whilst being highly professional with a good knowledge of the market. Within a short period of time Blake had a potential buyer, however this buyer needed a lengthy settlement period which we weren't happy about. Blake worked very hard to make sure he got a good outcome for us and also for the buyer, we were very impressed by his negotiation skills. I would have no problem recommending Blake in the future and we look forward working with him on finding us another property.
