Blake very quickly got a grasp of what I as a buyer wanted and I presume what the vendor wanted. I have not met the vendor, nor have I needed to as Blake's communication has been excellent. He got me to agree to get the price up off the lower level and was responsive when I reached my limited, got the minor details agreed and got the deal done.

I would like to put more stars on the rating as there does not seem to be enough in my opinion to thank Blake for doing such a great job at selling my house for me a make it as painless as possible. I work 6 days a week and wanted to find someone that could look after my house like their own and treat it so and I found it in this young and enthusiastic young man. Blake was professional yet friendly and he explained everything so very well and organised the legal side of things. I felt like I was doing at all and felt slightly guilty that it was all so easy.
