Blake and Donovan worked together to assist our sale. This included early advice regarding strategies for marketing, extent of upgrades that would be cost effective, styling etc. They were very efficient in arranging the various trades so it was all done in a short timeframe with no trades waiting on others. The marketing material was excellent including well written property descriptions and excellent photos, including shots maximising the appearance of space and light.
