Phil's approach was professional, dedicated and strategy to selling our home was seamless and efficient. Phil achieved our goal and got our asking price. The house was sold within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Phil to any buyers for the swift sale. Thanks Phil!

Since moving to Australia from the UK, we have bought all our properties through Phil Wiltshire. He is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate. Phil goes over and above and we can't imagine using any other realtor. We would highly recommend him.

Phil’s eye for details is great his local knowledge is a big advantage when marketing our property

Phil was great to deal with and kept us informed during the process

We started our process with Phil and his team pre-covid however we chose to place our sale on hold once this hit as was unsure how the market or how our current lives would continue with the market, home opens and peoples jobs. However in January 2021 we contacted Phil and took up where we left off. Phil and his team were so amazing over this period of time. They allowed us to control how our home opens would be and in a way we could continue our lives with minimal disruption. I would use Phil again if I was to see a property and recommend him to any friend or family looked to sell or buy. His knowledge of the area and properties made us achieve the best results possible for our sale. So thank you Phil and your amazing team for everything you have done for me, and providing me with the ability to start my new life.

We first met Phil 3 years ago when we went to view a property. I generally find dealings with sales people quite stressful as so many are so pushy and tell you whatever they need to in order to get a sale. As soon as we met Phil we knew he was very different. He was completely honest with questions we asked (that we already knew the answers to!) and he made us feel so at ease. We signed for the house that day and have been friends ever since! We have kept in contact with him the throughout those three years. When we decided to put our house on the market, there wasn’t any question about who we were going to use! He did an amazing job and sold our house within a couple of days when it went on the market. We will be using Phil when we want to buy our next property without a doubt. He has taken so much time to get to know us over the years that he knows exactly what we would want in our next house without even having to ask us. I’m definitely a hard one to win over but Phil is a genuinely decent guy who will do what’s best for you, not for his pocket! Would give him ten stars if we could! Can’t wait to find our next home with you :)

We have sold though Phil before and yes he sold this property just like he said he would... Phil and Josh make it a very easy and stress free. He knows the business so well and the area. We wouldn't use anyone else...Thank you to you all...5 stars..

When you decide to would like to sell your home then contact Phil. After having a few other real estate agents, no one came close to the knowledge Phil and his team have. They marketed our house to the current selling market and got us the results we were after. They have gone out of their way to make everything run smoothly and couldn’t fault anything. So look no further and contact Phil and his team.

If your looking to sell or purchase a forever home then Phil and Josh and the go too guys. Their knowledge about the area is amazing. The way they work to find your dream home is next level. Keep you informed every step of the way and great guys to do business with

Absolute pleasure dealing with Phil and the rest of his team. Went above and beyond expectations, very genuine in his approach and very helpful even in this extremely busy market. Recommend him to everyone looking to sell.

Phil is an incredible real estate agent and managed to sell our property before it was even listed using his database of existing buyers! He is extremely on the ball, very approachable and knowledgeable of the Butler area. Without a doubt he was our first and only choice that we made to sell the property. Phil went above and beyond to communicate with us and the buyer. He was always informative and professional throughout the entire experience. Thank you again for everything achieved in our sale.

We bought a house and Phill did great job start to end. Highly recommended
