Having looked around for a property for around 8 months, and talking to various agents, I felt that Phil was the most helpful agent to me. Not pushy just looking for the sale, but very knowledgeable about the area, noting what I wanted. He was very open about the properties I looked at and didn't ask pushy questions. When it came to the time to make a deal, he was totally realistic, not rude (like a lot of others) about my offer and talked to the sellers quickly and reasonably. The deal was done within a day. After already buying and selling multiple homes, and dealing with an aray of different agents, it was refreshing to meet someone that was prepared to take the time to listen and accomodate our needs rather than just push for sale regardless.
