Phil has a great knowledge of the local market. His level of communication has been very good and he's always kept us informed along the way (which has not always been easy as we have been overseas). He has showed a high level of reslience and is extremely professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil.
Phil and his colleague Josh are extremely professional and helpful, they go out of their way to help and advise you to what best suits your needs. Always at the end of the phone for advice. I will definitely recommend Phil to future buyers in our area!
I would highly recommend Phil to anyone who is selling their house. Phil advised us what price we would get for our house, which we were happy with and in a tough market Phil achieved it for us. Phil is very easy to deal and highly professional and gave us great advice on how to present our house in order to achieve that price. We Would definitely deal with Phil again in the future.
We would recommended Phil as an agent to any prospective buyer or seller. He was outstanding from the minute we walked in to what would become our new home and right through the settlement process, Great communicator and nothing has been a problem,
Phil is definitely the best agent we dealt with! We bought a house 2 years ago and Phil was with us every step of the way, and the experience has been great again during this recent purchase. He has great knowledge of the area and is simply a professional. He is also a decent person which makes him exceptionally trustworthy. When we wanted to purchase the new property, I basically searched for Phil's properties and was sure that I can find the best option. I need to mention that Phil has a great team helping him and making sure everything goes as smooth as possible. Overall, I confindetly recommend Phil to anyone who is trying to buy or sell.
Phil is very friendly and professional. He's also very genuine and has a great sense of humour which makes the scary time of purchasing a house a lot easier to handle. He's always ready to answer all queries. Highly recommend him .
Phil went above and beyond! He made our first home purchase as smooth as possible, he was always approachable for any questions we had and made sure we had all knowledge we needed. He wasn't a pushy agent, phil was understanding and helpful throughout the process of buying our home. Phil and Josh were amazing enough to even help me move furniture into the home. 4 weeks after purchase I have complete trust and faith in phil and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! When we are ready to buy again or sell we know that Phil will be the agent we call.
What can I say accept EXCELLENT job. So happy with Phil & Josh. They went way out of their way to sell my son's property. Communication was faultless and an absalute pleasure to work with. Would have no problems recommending Remax and Phil boys to others.
Hi Phil, we would just like to say a big thank you for your help with our purchase. Your communication skills and ability to get the job done, were outstanding. We will be highly recommending you to our friends in the future. Thanks again.
From the get go Phil & his team were enthusiastic about selling our home. The communication was way above average and we felt we were kept up-to-date throughout the whole process. After only 6 weeks on the market Phil & his team had our home under offer at a price slightly above what we expected- can’t beat that!
