Re Phil Wiltshire A few weeks ago I engaged Phil to sell our house in Butler. Phil advised me that prices were dropping but I accepted that and pushed ahead. He suggested renting the house but I was not interested in that option, I needed the money to use it in our new house. Each week the house was open Phil would call around to our house when viewing was finished and give us the update. Sometimes it sounded promising but no offers were forthcoming. It was disappointing but I maintained my faith in Phil,s determination to get a buyer. I can’t expect results if no one comes to see the house. My house had no furniture but Phil was able to represent the house with every room furnished beautifully. An amazing feat, and it looked wonderful. It was good to call round to Phil,s office in Butler where I was received with a genuine welcome and shown into the waiting room to discuss our options re revising our selling boundaries. Phil was always willing to listen and offer guidance based on his experience. Eventually we had an acceptable offer and the house was sold. Much to our relief. It was a long time on the market, but that’s the way it is at the moment. I am pleased that Phil was always positive about it and in the end we got there. I should not forget Phil’s colleague Josh who worked hard at all times back up Phil’s plans and kept us informed every week via the internet as to the number of visits were made each week and during the week. Our purchase with Phil was reasonably trouble free. Phil was always available to update us on progress from his side and trying to help with a smooth transaction. Any hiccups were out of his control but he was available to communicate with us at any point. He is very friendly and professional. We would be happy to buy or sell with Phil at any time in the future.

I would strongly advise all buyers to upgradeto feature highlight if possible because he has proven with the result. I sold my house. I highly recommend Phil for both buyers and sellers. Phil was extremely prepared, confident and always kept us updated. As this was the first time selling a home Phil walked us through the process and what was required. Phil offered to assist with unlocking the premises for the painter and carpenter prior to the house being listed, which he did as we were no longer living in the area. He is a great agent but with this added help he really went above and beyond.
