This is the second home that Phil Wiltshire has sold for us and on both occasions he has done more than we expected. Both homes were sold quickly and the selling price was what we wanted. Over the years we have bought and sold many homes and without doubt Phil has handled our business with complete professionalism. We would recommend Phil to anyone wanting an agent who goes the extra distance.

From word of mouth we were able find out that Phil was very trustworthy, which was very important to us. Phil went the extra mile and provided us with staging tips for the property and having professional photos taken. I know it can be very stressful to sell a house, however Phil communicated with us through the process making the selling of our house much easier than we expected. He made sure we were aware of the current market situation, and what the realistic pricing of the house would be.
