When I was looking for someone to market my property I noted that Phil Wiltshire had many property listings in Butler and adjacent suburbs. More interesting was the fact that many of the properties listed came "Under Offer" within a relatively short time. I concluded that this 'guy' must know what he is doing. At the same time I recieved a brochure from Phil in the mail which gave a quite detailed overview about the way in which he goes about Appraising and Implementing a Marketing Strategy for each individual Clients Property. I contacted Phil .... and even at our first meeting .... he came well prepared with both histoical and current Sales Evidence. When we met a few days later .... I gave Phil my property to sell. I implemented the improvements recommend by Phil and over the following weeks he went about marketing my home and very soon he presented me with a good 'Offer' which was quite close to our agreed 'asking price' The finalisation of the sale went without a hitch. I purchased my house in April 2015 , through Phil Wiltshire at Butler Re/max . As anyone knows it's a very stressful time buying a house , but I was doing this while I still lived in New Zealand. I have to say Phil and his team were amazing to deal with , especially with the time difference ie NZ is 5 hours ahead during daylight saving. But everything was dealt with including getting the specified checks done pre sale within a month of signing the sale agreement . Phil and his team seem to go that extra mile and nothing is to much trouble to them.
