When I was looking for someone to market my property I noted that Phil Wiltshire had many property listings in Butler and adjacent suburbs. More interesting was the fact that many of the properties listed came "Under Offer" within a relatively short time. I concluded that this 'guy' must know what he is doing. I purchased my house in April 2015 , through Phil Wiltshire at Butler Re/max . As anyone knows it's a very stressful time buying a house , but I was doing this while I still lived in New Zealand. I have to say Phil and his team were amazing to deal with , especially with the time difference ie NZ is 5 hours ahead during daylight saving. But everything was dealt with including getting the specified checks done pre sale within a month of signing the sale agreement . Phil and his team seem to go that extra mile and nothing is to much trouble to them.
