BORIS BURCUL has been a part of the Gold Coast real estate industry since 1989. During this period he worked with two major real estate franchise groups, He became a top achiever and well respected sales executive and commenced his own Agency in 1996 and whilst this Agency was successful, Boris realized that at that time he missed being interactive with and dealing directly with the general public and decided that he needed to rebuild and reassess what type of Agency he wished to be part of. In this regard he realized that a Boutique Agency was the answer. He and his partner, Critton could build an agency established on honesty, integrity and knowledge with clientele which would last a lifetime. This foundation carried over when Astras and Burcul was formed, ensuring the client always comes ﬁrst and their needs catered to, if not exceeded. Boris's proven track record and ability to ﬁnd the right buyer for the right seller has seen remarkable sales in the prestige housing markets of Paradise Waters, Isle of Capri and Main Beach , as well as commercial property sales throughout the Gold Coast and in inner city Brisbane. Great Result

As a recent Seller (Aug 2021). I engaged Burcul Property as agent. Boris Burcul was unflappable in the face of the tenant push back against showing prospective buyers through. The signage was great. Boris’ management of the sales process, dealing with buyers and most importantly giving frequent updates on feed-back and explanation of selling strategy. That is all good of course – but No.1 .. he got a sale price well above other similar apartments. I mean well above. Boris is an agent who works with you, listened to my concerns and just as importantly all the paperwork was a breeze. I would engage him again without hesitation for my next real estate venture.
