Reece is an an absolute legend from the very first meeting until the property was sold he has stuck with me through everything that was thrown at us and the hurdles when had to jump through when any other agent would have said it was all to hard and would have walked away but not Reece. He achieved a price that was beyond expectations in the current market and I'm pretty sure no one else could have done such a professional job I honestly can't recommend him highly enough.

We enjoyed Reece’s professional,informative, knowledge, attitude and communication skills. On the negative Reece’s original estimation of value was overestimated and changed as a Neighbouring property sold for 7.5 percent less. This ment in the end Expectations inaccurate, However that’s not a large percentage fall overall !! We where disappointed however we still recommend Reece to anyone and Understand Reece worked hard, delivering open houses as requested and planed, communicating between us and possible buyers ! Reece and his team are extremely professional and we understand achieved Optimal value possible in the current market !!
