Reece is an an absolute legend from the very first meeting until the property was sold he has stuck with me through everything that was thrown at us and the hurdles when had to jump through when any other agent would have said it was all to hard and would have walked away but not Reece. He achieved a price that was beyond expectations in the current market and I'm pretty sure no one else could have done such a professional job I honestly can't recommend him highly enough.

We chose Reece because of his reputation for previous sales in our area and it was the best decision we could have made. Reece was very friendly and honest, explaining in detail the whole process, we were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of the local market. Reece and his team were very professional keeping us informed along the way and always available to answer any questions we had. Our house sold within 2 weeks at a price we were very happy with. We would highly recommend Reece and his team.

I asked Reece Thompson if he would sell a house for me and he obliged, his service and staff were excellent, they kept me informed and the communications were provided very quickly. This agent has not been around for very long but given me experience with them they will be around for a long time. I was very impressed and would recommend this agent to anyone who is looking to sell a house. Robin.

Communication could have been better between both vendors not just one didn’t see much of Reece himself at open homes Girls who attended our open homes were professionals and well mannered and Feed back was good

Worked hard for the sale, even on his wedding anniversary when he should've took the day off. Committed to his job

Reece was upfront, honest and accurate throughout the process. Would have no issue recommending him to anyone. His courteous and respectful nature was what won us over. The end result was an added bonus! Cheers mate!

Our experience with Thompson & Clarke from the very first meeting with Reece has been nothing but professional . The whole team were focused on selling our house which they did even quicker than we hoped and achieved the price we wanted .Communication was the key at no stage were we kept in the dark . What a great team .

Reece was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Great job

Reece has experience, knowledge and expertise you can’t go past. His friendly, engaging and no-fuss approach gave us the confidence we needed to finally take the plunge and sell our home. We knew from the minute we met Reece that he would do everything he could to get the absolute best results. Thanks Reece, we truely appreciate your honesty and open communication.

We enjoyed Reece’s professional, informative, knowledge, attitude and communication skills. On the negative Reece’s original estimation of value was overestimated and changed as a Neighbouring property sold for 7.5 percent less. This ment in the end Expectations inaccurate, However that’s not a large percentage fall overall !! We where disappointed however we still recommend Reece to anyone and Understand Reece worked hard, delivering open houses as requested and planed, communicating between us and possible buyers ! Reece and his team are extremely professional and we understand achieved Optimal value possible in the current market !!

Reece and the team were honest and on the ball. Easy to deal with will definitely use there services again.

We have been dealing with Reece on a personal and business level for many years now, he knows the market extremely well and his honesty about achievable goals is second to none. We will be continuing to use Reece and his team for many years to come and we highly recommend.
