Reece has been our lead agent on a small subdivision of six large lots, one with an existing house on it. I know Reece is sharing the listing within his office to the other sales people to assist us to achieve good and timely results. He has assisted in achieving us three (3) sales "off the plan" whilst the subdivision is under construction and certainly not looking as it will when completed. He has painted the picture of what it will look like when we complete the work and successfully taken the development risk from the project by achieving the initial sales. We intend to pay an additional bonus to Reece when we complete the project as a reward for his outstanding efforts for our syndicate.
