If you are considering an agent, we could not praise the job Brad did for us enough. He exceeded our expectations in every way. We have bought and sold properties over the years and on each occasion we have been sceptical of what an agent says. However, Brad stated from the start that he would work hard for us and that is exactly what he did with no fuss or hassles. He constantly said that he would handle all aspects of the decorating for presentation for sale, the marketing, working with the potential buyers, giving us feedback and ultimately managing the sale via “Make your best and final offer”. It was scheduled for auction, but buyers were making offers and he drew the best price he could for us and it was sold. We trust his judgement, his integrity is without question and we cannot recommend him highly enough to sell for us again. The difference we found with him was he looks beyond one sale and as a result we will return to him again without hesitation.
