We have known Brad since he was still with Jellis Craig back in 2018. Brad did our home market appraisal and come and visit us. The first experience was very positive and Brad has a very good knowledge on the Ascot Vale, Maribyrnong, Moone Ponds and surrounding suburb. The other thing that's very important from Brad is that he is genuinely a nice person to deal with. He goes to certain length and never hesitate to guide people like us (who has owned few property but never buy through auction) on what is the necessary process after buying the property until settlement (we know the rough guidelines but Brad helps to explain it in detail). On top of that we have been to some of his auction and he is one of the good auctioneer that the crowd can feel relax and less under pressure (unlike some of the yelling one out there ^_^). So fast forward to 2021 (after our initial interaction back in 2018, we start looking for a property again and meet with Brad who is now with Woodards (on the property that we are interested and sold by Brad). Overall still the same Brad that we were dealing with who is professional and very approachable and helpful. Only difference this time is that he has more grey hair ^_^. In the end we ended up buying the property from him and so far it has been nothing but smooth transaction so far. Definitely won't be hesitate to deal with him again for our next purchase.

The conduct of the auction despite inclement weather was held with due regard for the Covid safe principles of keeping vendor and buyer persons at a safe distance.
