We bought our first home from Aquila Realty... Out experience with Shane and Brad was exceptionally good. They helped us through all the information regarding house with positive attitude, which was much more than satisfactory and stressfree.
Brad and Shane recently sold our house in under 10 days!! We enjoyed working with Brad and Shane and being able to communicate with them easily and with no stress. Advertising was great with free brochures at the front of the house and a well done video to show off the house. Compared to other agencies Aquila Realty was very affordable with great service. Our house was sold through Aquila Realty by Brad Errington and Shane Schofield. They both have a real passion for what they do and know the foothills area well. They were prompt, friendly and professional. The advertising material was well priced and effective. The video taken of the house was particularly impressive as was the hand out material. There fee structure was attractive from the get go and negated that awkward conversation regards reducing commission percentage. The whole sale process went very well, would certainly recommend.

After each home open we were advised of how it went and what they proposed to do next. We had absolute trust in them personally and their methods and it paid off. When I decided to move and sell the house I had been living in for 22 years, the first house I had ever bought, I had no idea where to start looking for an agent. However, I had noticed houses in the area sold by Aquila were selling very quickly so decided to contact them first. I wasn't disappointed as Brad and Shane led me through the whole process and had photographs taken, made a video, prepared fantastic literature and uploaded it to the internet within a couple of days. They had two home opens and an offer was made within two weeks from commencement. The amount offered was only $2000 less than the advertised price and I was very satisfied with the outcome.
