If you want your house sold then definitely go for Brad and Shane. I can highly recommend them. They work brilliantly as a team, so you actually get two agents working for you fulltime. Work extremely hard with having house opens for the first four weeks. As a seller it is a lot of hard work but I found it really brought in the potential buyers. A lot of my family and friends thought I was crazy selling in such a poor market but my house sold very quickly. I also loved their unique way of advertising. My initial impression of Aquila Realty was their attention to detail on the brochure for the property. It was very comprehensive and had far more information than i have seen from any other agent.
