I have seen Brad and Shane around the area during home opens and they are always very easy to deal with when you're looking for a home. Based on this, when it was time to sell my home there was no diffulty in selecting the appropriate agent. The house was sold in a very difficult market, in a very short period of time. Commincation was outstanding and really there is no one else in the area I would rather sell my home. I jost hope the next house I intend to purchase is being sold by these guys. Thanks heaps!!!!

I drove around the swan area stratton in particular and saw alot of different realestate signs in peoples front yards and looking quite frail and old before we decided to sell. The only signs we saw that had any credibility was the Aqulia signs by Brad and Shane and they were the only signs that seemed to have sold stickers on them. So we called Brad when we were ready to sell and were very happy with his professionalism from the start and offered us alot service such as takeaway information brochures and alot more which was included in a very fair fee price. We were also dealing with shane whos market knowledge of the area was in my view was second to none. So in conclusion the whole process did not skip a beat in a at the time struggling market and any future investments i will definitely be going through Aqulia Realty.

We think the video tour of the house is a great way of showcasing the size of the home as we feel some photos can be deceiving but with the video people were able to see how large/small the rooms were etc. We would definatley recommend Brad & Shane.

Brad and the team had quite a challenge with selling my Dads house, old style 70's look with a lot of arches made it a house that would appeal to no one. Brad and the team new the area and the housing market, was honest up front about selling the house, they had a challenge on their hands. I was very impressed how straight away they were on to it, they had people viewing the house straight away. I though we would have to drop the price to get this one sold but to my surprise it was sold for what we wanted. They worked hard and sold it very quickly.
