Brad was the agent in charge of the sale when we first purchased our property a few years ago. When we decided to go onto the market recently to sell our home, we opted to choose Brad again. That same afternoon Brad greeted us at our front door and had a chat about how to move forward and what to expect. He answered all of our 'stupid' questions without hestitation. Brad was fantastic at communicating. He was regularly contacting me to check in, to keep me updated and to offer advice. This support was very comforting during such a stressful time. Although he was selling my property, he was constantly keeping an eye out for properties I could purchase and going above and beyond to arrange viewings for me. I felt in good hands before, during and after the sale knowing Brad was there to support me through the process.

Brad was a great communicator, kept us up to date through every step, gave feedback after every enquiry and open house viewings. Brad worked outside of business hours many times to meet both our needs and potential buyers requests for further inspections.
