Brad showed considerable conscientiousness in thinking about everyone involved in the transaction and was very pro-active, making it possible to move the transaction forward quickly, but at the pace we were comfortable with. I had a strong sense of his honesty and good will, this included thinking about the current tenants in the property we were purchasing as owner-occupiers.
