I chose Brad because of his reputation and the excellent results he has achieved across a wide range of properties. Brad followed up every single inquiry and provided me with regular and very detailed reports. I found him to be very personable and I am very satisfied with the successful result that eventuated.

An experience, committed and dedicated agent, whose value comes out most when closing the deal.

I dealt with Brad on both sides - ie. buying a home through him and we subsequently asked him to sell ours. On both sides of the transaction Brad kept us fully in the loop with the progressions. The key process where an agent plays most value is in the closing process, bringing the 2 parties to an agreeable place and commit. Brad worked many evenings and was always available to us; ensuring we remained committed to the execution.
