It’s been awhile since we have sold a house and found a few of the process had changed. Brad spent heaps of time walking us through how it all works now post Covid. The sale has had its ups and downs (as I’m sure all sales do), but Brad was always a phone call or text message away to reassure and support us as the seller. He was understanding of our personal situation and it felt like he went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. My experience with Brad was solid from the start. He responded quickly from the first enquiry, to organising home visits and wanting to keep me informed of what was occurring throughout the entire process. I don't know anything about the real estate world, but Brad was honest and transparent, even if he was sharing news that that I may not have liked. If I am to sell again I would be happy to use Brad and would recommend him for service. The cost of using a real estate may not always be cheap, but you pay for high quality service and that's always worth it in my book.
