Although real estate agents are on the side of the sellers, brad acted in a manner that seemed genuinely helpful to us as buyers. He didn’t pressure us in any way and was transparent in his process. Followed up with us on a few matters which we found to be considerate. Communication was great. Made our first home buying experience less complicated.
