His diligent effort to work for the right deal resulted in an offer with a short settlement and not pending finance while only being on the market 10 days! In the current market it was amazing that he got these unlikely results, though we both knew they were possible. Additionally his prompt responsiveness ensured me that he was confident in his abilities and knew exactly what the next step ought to be. In an industry riddled with question marks Brad is an exclamation point. I will certainly be happy to use Brad again and am delighted to refer him on.

My experience with Brad was solid from the start. He responded quickly from the first enquiry, to organising home visits and wanting to keep me informed of what was occurring throughout the entire process.
