we were very happy to go through All Properties. Brad knew his real-estate very well, and was quick to point out areas which needed looking at before placing the property on the market. I would describe Brad as clinically professional – Brad clearly knows what he is doing, responds quickly, and provided advice with transitioning through the sale (which is very much appreciated). ****GOLD STARS - Not once did I feel pressed to accept an offer being made, and Brad provided honest input with various purchasers’ ability to follow through on an offer – he is running a business, but I was never pushed**** 3 words - "I trust Brad" i have not given 5 stars for negotiation or communication because - honestly, i was not there for the negotiations, and i dont know what was said (we would have liked more for the property but are realistic and know it was our decision to accept the price offered). For communication, one of Brad’s team did not know we had renovated the pool area, carpets, added ducting, etc... to the value of $65k - this is significant for buyers that looked at the historical price we had purchased the property for and wondered why there was a mark-up on that earlier price - to be fair, offsetting this we were made instantly aware of offers, discussions, feedback, negotiations, and did feel we were in the loop the whole time.
