Brad did an excellent job in selling our home in Jimboomba. In 12 days we had a contract which was fulfilled. We had a bank official challenge Brad on the sales price saying that in the last 12 months no property of 1/2 an acre had sold for more than $480000.00 so why was our property sold for so much.
