Brad was accurate on the sale price but this was difficult to acheive with the tenants not putting the unit in a good light with there mess. When the tenants did eventually move out the unit sold for a price I was happy with and I didn't have to paint and put new carpet in. I relied on Brads help and guidance throughout the selling process
