Brad demonstrated a high degree of market knowledge and was professional and friendly at all times. Brad went out his way to obtain additional information about the property and always provided prompt and clear feedback to all of our inquiries. I would not hesitate to purchase another property through Brad.
Brad's Market knowledge is excellent, he kept us in the loop at all times and acted in a very professional manner. I found Brad to be very personable and easy to talk to. Our Unit sold within a week and we received more than advertised price, very Happy :)
We bought and sold the same property through Coronis and both times received exceptional service from Brad. He kept us informed nearly everyday and nothing is ever too much to ask. He even persisted when we just about to give up. I highly recommend Brad and Coronis if you are thinking of selling your property.
Brad was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the whole process. Being a first-home buyer it was very daunting, but Brad was always happy to answer any questions I had which considerably reduced the stress of the process.
Brad and the team at Coronis have been helpful, knowledgeable & professional. They really go out of their way to make the process as smooth & easy as possible. Would definitely recommend.
Selling a home is usually an emotional, stressful process and so finding the right agent to guide us through it is always so very important for our family. Brad Sissons is EXACTLY the right person for the job! We felt 110% supported with honest, relevant and professional advice. Brad did not fill our heads with inflated potential sales figures but backed up his figures with real data and took into account the specific features of our property to arrive at an accurate selling price. We also really appreciate that there was no pressure to “list” our property with Brad. Brad happily and patiently answered all of our queries, and provided us with reassurance for any of our concerns even before we signed to list our property with him. The sale outcome was even better than we expected! We followed Brad’s instructions and guidance throughout the sales process and Brad’s industry knowledge and experience shone through consistently. Even our children said “Brad is a really good agent – he tell us the truth and give us his honest opinion.” Our whole family felt very supported and when an unexpected family tragedy occurred in the middle of the settlement period, Brad went above and beyond to assist us so that we could meet the settlement deadline. Brad’s professionalism, excellent communication and exceptional customer service helped to remove an enormous amount of stress surrounding the actual sale of our home. Our sale was naturally still an emotional process but Brad Sissons showed himself to be a man of integrity. We look forward to working with Brad again in the future because we know that he is always ready to be of service and will happily do his best for our family.
It was a pleasure working with Brad, he is friendly and professional. I appreciate that he was willing to go an extra mile to make the journey easy for us. He is hands down the best agent to deal with that I've met during a year on the market, I highly recommend him - you will not be disappointed.
Honest appraisal. Did exactly what he said he would do 100% of the time. Very good communicator. Knowledge of our area- A1.Selling our home was seamless which I did not expect and he got the price we were after. I can not recommend Brad and his team any higher if you want to sell in Wishart
Brad and his team worked tirelessly to sell our house. Communication was delivered according to agreed terms clearly and consistently. We could not be happier with the information and service provided.
Brad was great in following up potential buyers for our property and this due diligence resulted in a sale over our price expectations. It was great to have the backing of the Coronis group which made the sale process seamless. I can recommend Brad and his team for any future sale.
Brad was recommended to my family by a well respected friend - the best decision we made. Brad was very prompt, punctual and an excellent communicator - something very much appreciated, we were always kept in the loop as to what was happening. His knowledge of real estate in the local area is outstanding. Brad was very helpful with advice on presentation, links for tradespersons etc. Our sale was made off market thus alleviating more selling expenses and less time consuming for my family. A very quick sale was the result and very happy customers.
The service and communication we received from Brad was professional and met our expectations. We were kept updated on a regular basis and he provided good ideas on small things we could do to improve the overall presentation of our property in preparation for sale. He was always very approachable, accommodating and flexible when it came to meetings and / or phone conferences. Our experience was overall a positive one and we would have no reservations in recommending Brad to others.
