We were interstate vendors and Brad handled the sale for us. Where asked, Brad provided more frequent updates. Our sale was not straight forward but Brad achieved the result we were seeking in the end. We had our property being managed by leasing agent Coronis at the same time. Whilst not a reflection on Brad and his selling team, there was a small issue with renewing the lease whilst trying to find a buyer that we worked through. Where a real estate company handles both property management and selling, we would have liked to have seen better cooperation/communication between the two services. Thankfully, we negotiated an outcome that allowed us to move the property on but at a small cost to us we would have rather avoided.
