I had used Brad and his team for a previous sale which was very successful and a great experience, so I had no hesitation asking Brad to sell my Mum's house. The entire experience was stress-free. Brad and his team communicated everything clearly with me so I knew what was happening all the time, and were helpful with questions I had and helped guide me in the right direction with helpful advice along the entire way. I always felt they had time for me and their service to me was important. Very easy to communicate with and always responded to any queries I had. I did not expect selling a house would be as easy as this experience! I would not hesitate to seek Brad's help with any future properties I need to sell.
