Brad and his small team have been outstanding in managing the sale of our Cleveland property. From the outset, his personable and professional manner gave us confidence our best interests were going to be looked after. When several hurdles arose along the way, he ensured we were always on the front foot, to ensure our goals were achieved. I will definitely use Brad and his team for my next Brisbane property sale.

Brad and the whole team at Coronis, are first class. They are professional, ethical, honest and efficient. No hesitation in recommending them.

Brad did a great job with this sale especially as interest rates just started climbing. Proactive and always had us in the loop. We would happily recommend him for his service and attitude!

Brad was a life saver and he was very knowledgeable about the market! He understands our needs and was able to work with us to achieve the best outcome of the negotiations! We were very happy with his service!

Brad made buying our first home very easy and stress free . He was very responsive and helpful from start to finish . Thankyou for your guidance and efficiency. Would highly recommend Brad

Great communication and service well done Professional and fast process

Brad and Danni were amazing to deal with. They made us both feel at ease through the whole process with our purchase. Cannot speak more highly of how friendly and professional they were, we would highly recommend anyone to go through the Brad Scissons team.

This was the second property Brad has sold for us in the past 2 years. On this occasion the market was more challenging and there was the added complication of tenants nearing the end of lease. Brad and his team treated the tenants with respect and consideration. He came to us with a strategic and thoughtful marketing plan and the confidence that he would achieve a great result for us, which he certainly did. Brad kept us updated at every stage, and was always approachable and helpful. We received above and beyond service, he even topped up the pool when it needed it. We can’t recommend Brad and his team more highly for 5 star service and results.

Brad has been very accomodating since the start of our communication. In less than a day, the contract sale has been sorted, it was a snap and efficient move from him. He has also been patient and went above his role as an agent who helped us secure our first offer for the house. It has been a pleasure working with Brad and looking forward to our new home! Thanks heaps 🎉

Brad and his assistant Danny were great to deal with. Achieved an excellent result in a very short time with great communication throughout. Would highly recommend Brad as the agent of choice in the East Brisbane Kangaroo Point area.

Brad and Danni were very professional and clearly explained the whole process of selling our investment property. The marketing and communication was well presented and we obtained the price we required with his excellent negotiation skills. Brad has now sold a number of properties for us and we have been totally satisfied every time. He goes over and above for his clients and to sell after the first marketing and open home was great, we did not have a drawn out selling experience which is very satisfying.

Brad is absolutely a good and professional agent that communicates well between me and the buyer. He makes my whole selling process stress free!
