Brad had so much knowledge about the area where my house was that I was selling. He was very efficient and prompt with getting jobs done and setting up my sale. He was very professional. He always returned calls and kept me up to date with how open houses went etc. He was very upfront with anything I needed to know and honest about everything. I found the entire process to sell a house overwhelming and would not have been able to do it by myself. Brad seemed to make the process simple and easy for me and explained everything very well so I could understand what was going on. I was very pleased with the entire process.
