I think this was a tricky one for Brad. It was a Strata unit with some interesting personalities involved in the process, not to mention a couple of false starts from some fickle buyers. Brad demonstrated great patience, diplomacy and determination throughout the process and ultimately achieved the result I needed. Highly recommended!
