I found the property I purchased completely by accident. My home was not even remotely what I thought I was looking for. I found the listing while having a coffee, killing time, to view a couple of properties I had previously identified. On arrival at the Open Home, I was greeted warmly by Braden and other members of the sales team. He spoke openly about the property and provided me with more written background information than I expected to receive, given that the property was listed for auction. I left the open home, much to my surprise, curious and interested. I subsequently attended the viewings I had previously organised and was left with a disheartened feeling. I found the agents to be less than forthcoming and discovered that they had grossly inflated the desirability of the properties in question. I returned for a second viewing a couple of days later and was greeted equally as warmly. There were no "hard sell" tactics used at any time in the process. Braden made himself available for all and any questions I had. He offered sound advice for the auction and bidding process, and was incredibly helpful with sorting through potential problems I may have experienced with the deposit if I was successful at auction. I found Braden to be personable and highly professional. He shifted me in the purchase of a lovely house that I am very proud to now call home. I am very grateful for his highly professional help.
