We approached Brendan to sell our house in Northern Nsw which would be his first sale in Nsw. Brendan had sold a previous home for us which had given us the confidence we needed on this recent home sale. I first approached Brendan to give me a truthful appraisal on what he thought the market Price would be. His methodical, analytical analysis backed by evidence proved to be precise. I know Brendan has extensive knowledge in real estate gained over the past 20 years and had all confidence in his and his team at Stone Real estate to sell our house, also knowing the extensive database available to them.. In the end we got more than we were expecting with no fuss, continual updates throughout the whole process, and could not be happier. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times but the whole process from start to finish was excellent. We cannot recommend Brendan and his team at Stone real estate enough.
