After looking for a property for over 18mths, we have meet many agents. Brendan we found to be very honest and no way over the top. Honest with all our enquiries and quick to reply. We would recommend Brendan to anyone buying or selling a property.

When we listed with Brendan we really had no great expectations! Now at the end of this journey, there is no agent I could speak higher of and he has definitely set the bar for any future dealings in real estate we may encounter. The whole marketing concept was completely worthwhile and of such higher quality than what other agencies were offering. This was the second house we had purchased off Brendan (on top of the one he had just sold for us the week or so before) and again can not speak more highly of his professionalism, honesty and great communication skills. We called Brendan when our plans to purchase from another agency fell through after we realised they had breached transparency and honesty leading up to an Auction of another property we were set on. We knew Brendan knew what kind of home we loved after just selling our recently renovated house in Palmy. While we were aware that Brendan would always fight for the best/often record selling price for the sellers he would never jeopardise his integrity and honesty with the buyers to do so and we much preferred to pay a little extra purchasing from a top agent that had great negotiating skills then buy off and profit one who had shocked us with his dishonesty and then rudeness. Brendan was able to mediate swift negotiations between us and the sellers and although we ended up spending more then we had planned to, we knew it was a fair deal in a booming market and through an agent we trusted! We could not be happier with our new home and if ever decided to sell or buy again Brendan would be our first point of call.

An open & honest review coming up. 1. If not for Brendan & his team, we wouldn't have known our now family home was available. Kelly King cross sold us from another property we inspected with them which wasn't suitable. 2. During the negotiations & under contract period, Brendan was a master at balancing our insecurities & emotional sways in a supportive, considered & educating manner whilst acting in his clients best interests. At no point was he pushy or changed tone however he did make it crystal clear that the vendors price, was the vendor's price. 3. We had a somewhat difficult settlement & post settlement period. Both Kelly & Brendan turned up unannounced with a ute to help remove some leftover junk. 4. They care - they genuinely care, it is clearly not just another transaction & a relief to get to settlement. We now have an agent for life & new friends. Such an awesome all round customer experience. Very very highly recommended.
