My association with Brendan was related to the purchase of an off-the-plan apartment in a medium high rise multi apartment building. The Developer had a high regard for the project and a high opinion of himself and considered it to be a seller's market for the project. For these reasons the Developer essentially refused any discussions on specifications, price and contractual terms. In these circumstances many of the normal discussions between Brendan and myself were controlled by the Developer. Regardless of this scenario Brendan always did his best to meet my requirements. As Brendan's role was restricted as previously explained, I only gave Brendan a mid rating for market knowledge, communication and negotiation. However I gave Brendan a higher rating for credibility as he always tried very hard to do what was agreed between ourselves and never promised to do something that was outside his control.
